Shipping Information
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Potential delays
- If we are closed for the holidays/personal reasons.
- Waiting on supplies.
- Awaiting customer approval.
We’ll keep you updated via the Instagram you provided should any delays arise.
Mockup Policy
With your purchase, you will receive a digital mockup for approval via Instagram (@partneredpaws) based on your submitted design.
Revisions that can be made:
- Thread or fabric color changes.
- Repositioning of elements.
- Adjustments to the size of text or design elements.
Major revisions are not included and will incur additional charges. Major revisions include, but are not limited to:
- Changes to the original concept, theme, or style.
- Requests for new or different design elements.
Once the mockup is approved, production will begin. At this stage, no further changes can be made to the product. When the item is completed, a photo will be sent for prior to shipment.
Design Reproduction Policy
Partnered Paws reserves all rights to reproduce any designs, unless custom artwork is used. If your design includes original artwork, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" section when placing your order. We will review and confirm with you before production begins.
Designs with clipart, standard graphics, or text-based are not considered unique and can be recreated.
