Welcome to Partnered Paws! By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

Returns, Refunds & Order Policy:

Because all our items are handmade and many are made to order, Partnered Paws maintains a no return or refund policy regarding custom, semi custom, premade, or sale items. If there is an issue with your order please contact Partnered Paws (Instagram - @partneredpaws || Email - partneredpaws@gmail.com)


Refunds will not be issued due to shipping carrier (Delay, loss, or damage), buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, or minor differences in color due to screen/display variations.


Refund may be issued if an upgrade is purchased that is not compatible with any item in the customer’s order, the cost of the incompatible upgrade may be refunded or removed from the order at Partnered Paws discretion. This exception applies only to the incompatible upgrade and does not qualify the remainder of the order for a refund.


Misrepresentation:

At Partnered Paws, we provide thoughtfully designed gear for dogs and handlers with a variety of needs. As many of our products contain specific identifiers or working labels, all gear should be purchased and used responsibly, honestly, and for its intended purpose.


By purchasing you agree that products labeled as "Service Dog/Service Dog in Training/Service Dog Prospect" are only being used for dogs that are task trained/undergoing training to mitigate a disability. These items are not to be used on ESA's or pets as a way to take them into non-pet friendly areas. 


Partnered Paws reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases if we reasonably believe products are being misuse, fraudulent representation, or purposes inconsistent with this policy.



Product Misuse:

By purchasing from Partnered Paws, customers acknowledge responsibility for using products only as intended. Partnered Paws is not liable for product failure, injury, or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, modifications, excessive force, or use outside the intended purpose of the product. 


The following gear are intended for identification and general use only

Patches, Tabs, Wraps, Vests, and Capes.  


Products are not designed or intended to be used for pulling, dragging, lifting, restraint, sport handling, or any activity that places force, tension, or excessive stress on straps, hardware, or materials.


Partnered Paws reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases if:

  • You knowingly misused the gear in a dangerous way.

  • You are using the gear for fraudulent service dog representation.

  • Partnered Paws no longer feels comfortable having you and your dog associated with our brand based on how you misused our gear.

Products:

At Partnered Paws, we specialize in handmade products designed for dogs and their humans. We offer premade, predesigned, and custom items for patches, vests, wraps, tabs, bandanas, leashes, and hoodies. Each products has a unique process and checklist to ensure consistancy and quality. However given everything is handmade, slight variations in appearance, stitching, or sizing are normal and not considered as flaws. 

While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. (e.g. low or out of stock material, missing infomation in the order, waitting for mock up approval, high order volume, or personal time off.) 

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, material, or design at any time without prior notice. 

 

Orders and Payment:

When you place an order through our site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for processing and delivery. Please double-check all product details (e.g. spelling, color choices, sizing, etc.) for predesigned and custom items are correct. All orders will be made exactlly how it is presented to us. If there appears to be design challanges we may make suggestions to be approved by you before proceding.

All prices are listed in USD and reflects the time and material it takes to make. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payment methods specified on our website. 

 

Shipping and Delivery: 

Shipping costs are determined at checkout using current rates from our shipping carriers. We ship within the USA only we do not currently offer international shipping at this time. 

Because every item is handmade, please allow for the specified fulfillment time listed on the product before your order is shipped. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with tracking at this point all responsability falls on the shipping carrier and customer. Partnered Paws is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any delivery issues.

 

Promotional Use:

We reserve the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and other forms of media content for promotional purposes across our digital platforms. This includes, but is not limited to: Behind-the-scenes content showing the making, crafting, or packaging of our products or Photos and videos of our gear modeled by our own dogs.

This content may be used on our social media channels, website, advertising materials, email newsletters, and other marketing platforms both online and offline.

If you’d like to send us photos of your dog wearing Partnered Paws gear, you’re welcome to! We especially love outdoor shots that are well-lit and feature natural backgrounds. However, we reserve the right to prioritize our own content over customer-submitted photos for promotional use.

 

 Intellectual Property:

All content, designs, product images, logos, branding, and original materials on the Partnered Paws website or social media are the intellectual property of Partnered Paws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability: 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partnered Paws is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to injury or property damage.

 

Changes to our terms of service:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
